Use Illustrator’s Package feature to gather your files for submission. The submission folder should have no Fonts folder in it since you’ve used only Adobe Fonts.

Name your file as usual, appleseed-johnny-save-the-date.ai

Add a PDF to the submission folder. Zip the folder, then submit.
